Cancellation & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases to help new customers try our products with confidence.
To qualify for a refund, customers must meet the following conditions:
- Use the product consistently for at least 2 weeks, then send a photo of the remaining product, and return the unused portion in its original packaging.
- Refunds are limited to one per customer, verified via shipping address.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For returned items, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We do not accept cancellations or returns for change-of-mind purchases after the 30-day period.
